£40,(Apply online only) - £50,(Apply online only) per annum DOE Quest Employment are recruiting for an experienced HR & Payroll Manager for a National client of ours based in Northampton. We are working with a leading automotive company that is constantly looking to expand and grow the business. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
Provide HR management and support, ensure the effective delivery of HR and Payroll solutions and services to the business. Develop and maintain effective relationships within the business and our key stakeholders to develop positive workplace culture and employee relations. Positively influence the business by supporting and managing employees, through recruitment, training, personal development and talent management to maximise colleague contribution. Lead and develop HR team members, in sharing the best HR and IR practice. Provide HR management including performance and competency assessment, attendance & return to work; grievance and discipline management, dispute resolution; organisational change and exit scenarios. HR regulatory policy and procedure, Payroll management and business reporting administration. Candidate: Great communication skills Calm confident approach Proven experience within both HR and Payroll Strong interpersonal skills Qualifications: CIPD qualified Payroll management experience Knowledge & understanding of Employment Law, ACAS guidelines and Tax legislation Experience of management of Company Pension Schemes Union and Industrial relations knowledge If you feel you have the relevant experience and would like to be considered for the position, please do apply and Adam will be in touch to discuss the role in more detail
