Reed Finance have been engaged by one of Cambridge's leading employers to recruit a Financial Planning and Analysis Finance Business Partner. Whilst the role will be based in Cambridge, you will expect to spend at least 50% of your time in the London office . In this critical role, reporting to the FP&A Director, you will be providing a vital link between various business partnering and FP&A teams across the business, supporting the strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting process as well as presenting corporate reporting such as performance packs, periodic management accounts and analysis. You will identify risks and opportunities as well drive reporting, analysis and insight with a main focus on cash and working capital. Given the value of this post to the business, we are looking for applicants of the highest calibre. You will hold a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/ACA/CIMA, can demonstrate success in business partnering as well as managing and presenting to complex senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders, driving process simplification and improvements, identifying risks and possess a strong business acumen. Whilst the role will be based in Cambridge, you will also be required to travel to the London office for at least 50% of your time.
