A leading and rapidly growing organisation has an urgent requirement for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their function to onboard new clients to their global payroll software and service. This is a role that will require experience of either payroll processing, systems implementations or implementing payrolls. Role - Set-up and deliver new client payrolls. Working in a busy project team implementing their international payroll solution. Working with large international clients working alongside the project management team to deliver international implementation and payroll. Developing close working relationships with the client's payroll project teams, internal technical teams, and third party payroll providers. Requirements - Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior client stakeholders in large international companies. Experience of using or managing payroll processes and related systems. Ideally Experience of working with international clients either as an in house payroll specialist or as a client liaison for systems analysis and development. Ability to manage multiple timescales in a time critical project environment. 2 days working from home is available once up and running on the system
