BBS Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Auditor experienced in a temp position for our client located in Derby. The successful candidate will be a proactive and hardworking individual with prior Senior Auditor experience within a role. KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit Management Information - Support the Audit Managers in the production of management information about the performance of the Partnership for its stakeholders. Staffing - Support the Audit Managers in the appraisal and development process and help ensure that performance is to the Partnership's standards and targets. Leadership & Vision - Support the Audit Managers by championing the Partnership's ethos, systems and processes and by encouraging colleagues with appropriate guidance and motivation to allow them to embrace and perform to prescribed standards. Services to Customers - Deliver the Partnership's services to the standards expected by our customers and formally secure customers' opinions on the services provided. Personal Administration - Ensure that your own time is organised to deliver the most efficient and effective service to the Partnership and its customers and maintain appropriate and sufficient information and evidence to support your own activities. Personal Conduct - Ensure that you adhere to the corporate rules, policies and procedures adopted by the Partnership and represent the Partnership in a professional and ethical manner. Demonstrate enthusiasm for your role and seek to continuously improve. KEY TASKS Audit Management Information - Contribute to production of the Partnership's management information and reports. Staffing - Contribute to the achievement of the Partnership's objectives and targets in line with the Partnership's Business Plan. - If required, supervise any assigned Auditors, to ensure the consistency of quality of the audit work and ensure that assigned Auditors' jobs are progressing in line with the scope and the planned time and provide feedback to the Assistant Audit Managers /Audit Manager as required. Leadership & Vision - Contribute to the overall vision and direction of the Partnership to ensure that the Partnership continuously develops to provide progressive services. - Contribute to the introduction, maintenance and development of practices/processes/systems within the Partnership aimed at improving service delivery. - Participate in initiatives to expand the Partnership or secure income generating contracts to maintain or expand the Partnership's resilience and skill set. Services to Customers - In accordance with agreed coverage, provide audit advice on controls and risks to all customers. - Monitor the progress of assignments to ensure they are delivered in accordance with customers' requirements. - Obtain and record customer satisfaction levels. - As directed by the Audit Managers or Assistant Audit Managers, perform audit assignments and special investigations in accordance with the standards and procedures adopted by the Partnership. - Submit completed audit assignments to the Assistant Audit Managers for quality review and promptly resolve any review points received. - Take actions to ensure that the audit recommendations made are accepted and implemented and report any issues to the Audit Manager. - Liaise with officers and members from all levels of the partner organisations, external organisations and members of the public as required.
