With an exceptional senior leadership team and a number of staff benefits they are seeking an Treasury Assistant Accountant to join the finance team. Your New Job The Treasury Assistant Accountant role sits within a newly restructured finance team, led by a credible and impressive finance director. The finance team is now streamlined and poised to deliver excellence, with the recruitment of this treasury assistant accountant role being the final part of the process. The role is heavily weighted towards the financial accounting and treasury duties within the team, with a focus on cashflow and balance sheet management and reconciliation. The company has a number of business units and therefore separate profit and loss and balance sheets, with this role being responsible for managing these. With strong technical skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the cashflow reporting is accurate and enables the business to see the true cash position of the business at any time, as well as liaising with external auditors, providing assistance and information where required. Your Experience & Our Requirements To be considered for this role you must be a part-qualified ACCA or ACA accountant, looking for a role that will utilise your skill set. You will have trained in an accountancy practice but you must have moved into a role within a commercial business in order to have development the key skills required. You will have the ability to manage multiple P&Ls and undertake complex reconciliation of the balance sheet. You will be capable of assisting with the production of statutory accounts, production of statutory reports and liaison with external auditors. Excellent system skills including advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
