The role: We are searching for a talented individual with broad accounting and HR generalist experience to work alongside our CFO & VP Talent. Hours are flexible with circa 20 to 30 hours per week with the ability to work from home with at least one day per week in the London office. The role may suit a finance professional wanting flexibility around hours to fit with family or other commitments. What you will do: Financial / Accounting Support Manage day to day bookkeeping, including all aspects of our sales & purchase ledger, cash and banking, posting to QuickBooks Work closely with our CFO to ensure timely & accurate month end close Produce monthly management accounts and Board papers Assist with annual budgets and quarterly re-forecasts Maintain weekly cash flow forecast Balance Sheet Reconciliations (incl. bank, credit cards, inventory) Liaise with the Canadian operation as required to provide consolidated numbers HR / Office Management Support Providing administrative and operational support to the VP Talent. Assisting with on-boarding; ensuring necessary documents are complete and that each new starter is legally compliant. Ownership of data on our internal systems, ensuring information is correct and regularly updated.
