Purchase Ledger Clerk Leicester circa £23k 3 month initially possibility to extend further Advantage Resourcing are currently working with a leading organisation in Leicester that are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the business ASAP for initially 3 months Immediate start available Responsibilities include: Matching, checking and coding invoices Working out VAT payments Making payments via BACS and cheque Processing staff expenses Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details Reconciliation of supplier statements Filing invoices Managing petty cash Data entry Being point of contact for all relevant enquiries Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary The successful candidate will ideally have: Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience Experience using Sage 50 - Key requirement Good administration skills Good communication skills (verbal and written) The ability to analyse and solve problems The ability to work as a team to fulfil targets Good team player If you are interested in learning more, then please apply without delay with your updated CV.
