My client is one of Bicester's premiere employers. They have ambitious plans to expand and build upon an existing solid business foundation. As a result of this they are now looking for a Payroll and Data Processor to join their team. This role would require the individual to work closely with numerous departments as well as HR and Finance teams, so good numerical understanding and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all employee details are accurately processed Resolve queries as and when they occur Process holiday and absence information Take responsibility for HR data ensuring all records are kept up to date Assist with new starter and leaver processes Record weekly attendance Experience and Characteristics required: Previous experience in payroll is essential (minimum one year) Candidates must be IT literate, particularly in MS Office and Excel Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail must be faultless Candidates must be team players with ability to prioritise workload If you are interested in this position, please apply or contact Geoff Bridger on 01295 262 266 for further details.
