Our client has a wealth of experience and knowledge with a modern outlook on how they can support their clients and their business. But they don't just do accounts. They provide a range of services, from payroll to management accounts so you will have exposure on working in all-round position. As a bookkeeper, you will be supporting the Partners, Managers as well as junior accountant. Responsibilities will include: Working directly with clients to understand the needs of their business. Preparation of all aspects of bookkeeping including purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations and data entry. Collation of information and associated reporting to prepare the VAT Return. Preparation of management accounts at month and quarter end. Working with Xero, Sage accounts software to maintain client records directly and advising clients of its capabilities.
