Corporate Tax Assistant Manager £48,000 - £55,000 per annum Mayfair, London One of well-established and award winning Top 100 accountancy firms based in the heart of London is looking for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join their successful tax team. The focus of the tax department is Owner Managed Businesses; however, clients also include companies from media, property, software and shipping industries and multinational groups. The corporate tax team consists of 6 members of staff so you will be managing 3 Tax Semi Seniors and a junior delegating the work to them and reviewing their compliance work. Duties: As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will be involved in fulfilling tax compliance and tax planning needs of existing clients, due diligence and tax investigations. You will also manage and delegate work to more junior members of the team. Main responsibilities will include: Preparation of higher-level corporation tax calculations and tax returns with deferred tax computations which are included in the Financial Statements for a portfolio of clients All aspects of compliance work Tax Planning Reviewing draft financial statements and considering any tax matters arising from the financial statements Monitoring deadlines Carrying out research and problem solving, developing your tax knowledge Dealing with HMRC correspondence Requirements: Experience of 3 years within a Corporate Tax role in UK Accountancy Practice ATT Qualified CTA Qualifications are a plus Problem solving skills Benefits: Working within a professional and driven team in an established and growing company Company is providing clear career progression plan Commission opportunities up to 20% Quarterly Family Meal Vouchers Medical Cover 23 days of holidays increasing after first year plus bank holidays
