Accounts Administrator-Newry Who are we working with? Working with a top 100 firm in Newry Abacus Careers would like to hear from experienced finance candidates, you will be responsible for collating, analysing and reporting a wide range of financial and sales data to senior management in line with strict deadlines. Analysing wholesaler free of charge claims for accuracy and completeness. Calculation of monthly rebates owing to each customer based on information provided by 3rd party wholesalers. Ensuring all internal financial controls are followed. Liaising with customers and sales teams on a wide variety of queries. Maintaining customer database and price lists. Other ad hoc duties as and when required. Preparing month end sales reports for a busy sales region. Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs and reconciliations thereof. Core skills needed: 2 years previous experience of working in a busy finance/office environment.
