Finance Operations Manager
Your new company
You will be joining a market leading global manufacturing business in Oldham, with an excellent reputation for its working environment and culture. Through acquisition, the company is growing and is looking to recruit an Operations Manager.
Your new role
You will be managing the activities of the manufacturing, planning, and logistics team, ensuring that all products are produced at the highest level. You'll lead a team of 30+ employees in a 24-hour manufacturing environment, business partnering with the senior stake holders to improve processes, driving productivity and reducing costs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience within a manufacturing environment implementing the above skills. The role will require a hands-on approach with the ability to build relationships, internally and externally. The client has requested that you will need to be qualified in ISO 9001:2015 and a great understanding of HSE regulations.
