Apprenticeship courses are developed by employers and professional bodies, ensuring apprentices study a curriculum that is tailored to real-world job roles. All our courses are accredited by an authorised awarding body or the Institute of Apprenticeships, guaranteeing you work towards an approved, professional certificate. Completing an apprenticeship will help you develop the knowledge and skills required to excel in your chosen career, providing a concrete foundation for future growth. Apprenticeship course available: Assistant Accountant Level 3 About the role: My client are proud to say that they are on both the HMRC Making Tax digital Pilot for VAT and Income Tax. They were the first practice in the country to submit clients tax returns through the new MTD portal and continue to be ground breaking in protecting our clients interests by taking on the tough stuff first. They are a small and friendly company looking to support small & medium businesses. Learning and undertaking all aspects of bookkeeping Production of accounts using the BTC Accounting Software Posting customer invoices, supplier invoices, receipts and payments via excel General administrative duties Data input, answering telephone, updating files, filing. Inputting into SAGE Liaison with clients to obtain paperwork Bank reconciliations Assisting line manager The successful candidate will have the following Have a genuine drive for success. Be able to converse confidently over the phone and face to face Have excellent attention to detail. Interest in finance and accounting.
