Reporting to Director of BP&A International Supply Chain, you will partner with the UK Operations business leaders to convert strategies and activities into financial plans. Through the provision of relevant and actionable data/metrics you will highlight and drive the biggest opportunities for value creation - ensuring the allocation of resources to those priorities that maximize success across the business. Key Accountabilities: Provide consolidated point of view of Fulfillment center, Transportation & CS&E Operations for QVC UK. Identifies opportunities to reduce cost and increase efficiency on expense side, as well as ways to maximize return on investment related to business initiatives. Uses thorough understanding of the business and its financial results to impact strategy and identify new value enhancing opportunities. Influences business strategy through their strong credibility and trusted relationship with partner organization. Identifies and quantifies new business unit initiatives for fiscal integrity. Validates the financial assumptions and information which form the basis for strategic business decisions, Develop and own financial models which deliver reliable outlooks and reports whilst highlighting potential risks and opportunities for the year ahead Primary project analysis partner for Operations strategy projects. Leads / coordinates ad-hoc analytical projects that uncover opportunities and insights. Coordination & publication of Operations Long Range Plan. Utilize financial models to run 'what if' scenarios. Application of consistent financial analysis and cash flow modelling approaches for analysing Operations projects/ budgets. Coordinate a robust Monthly Operations Review for UK Operations. The role has considerable scope for influencing business decisions as such; you will possess the skills/ confidence to offer your opinion in the decisions making process & be able to back your opinion with facts/ results. As Operations Senior finance business partner, you will: Act in consultative role to the Operations leadership team in communicating financial results. Liaison and communicate closely with the UK Market BP&A team. Advise Operations leaders in Identifying & evaluating business optimisation strategies - specifically quantifying new optimisation initiatives for fiscal integrity. Will challenge the operational team where optimisation strategies fail to deliver expected results ensuring that required action is taken. Form strong relationships with the QVC global teams, to share ideas and review projects Experienced Leader You will be educated to degree level within a Degree in Finance- qualified ACCA or CIMA
