We are looking for our 'Commercial Finance Expert' to support and advise our Commercial and Leadership team from our UK HQ Someone who is capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to provide analysis and guidance on pricing structures and financial risks. The Company Our business is internationally recognised and operating from our large UK Head Quarters you will support the leadership team on a daily basis. The Role To provide financial support and guidance to the commercial team to ensure optimum returns for the business reporting directly into the UK Head of Finance. Responsible for:
• To support and advise the leadership team on the commercial viability of new business proposals
• To provide analysis of current business at a customer, channel and SKU level and advise where amendments should be made to pricing structures to enhance returns
• Work with the marketing team to manage P&A investment
• Work with the logistics team to manage transport costs
• Assist with annual budget and monthly forecasting
• Assist with cost improvement initiatives and SKU rationalisation projects What we are looking for You will have worked previously in a fast-paced manufacturing / processing environment and experienced in an equivalent position working within a Commercial Finance team. We are ideally looking for someone who is CIMA Part qualified but will also consider QBE.
