Head of Finance

Lowestoft employer seeking to recruit a professionally qualified Accountant as Head of Finance. Reporting directly into the Deputy Chief Executive, you will lead and develop the finance team to provide outstanding customer service and support.
You will assist the Deputy Chief Exec in the production of the annual report and statutory accounts - proven experience of liaising with internal and external auditors is key. You will assist in the production of the annual budget, and adopt a business partnering approach to your contact with your budget holders and meet with them on a regular basis.
You will lead a Finance and Payroll function, and proven line management experience is essential. You will develop and mentor the team and constantly seek to improve controls, systems and processes. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering robust analysis and accounts on a timely basis.
