Harper May is currently working with a leading marketing & advertising organisation based in Central London. This dynamic company has previously won numerous industry awards and received global recognition for some fantastic campaigns. Moreover, the company has a long list of blue-chip clients and turns over £200 million. My client currently is looking for a Finance Director to consolidate their success in Europe and potentially lead an exit in the near future. The successful candidate will be fully qualified and have prior international experience with broad exposure. Key
responsibilities:
Full regional autonomy for the European business Managing a large finance team across different countries Business partnering with Managing Directors and other senior stakeholders to influence long term strategic decisions Creating detailed mid and long term financial models Developing new business opportunities Support the implementation and maintenance of processes and controls and the implementation of new systems Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts of the future performance of the business Oversight of reporting and statutory compliance across the group Review and monitoring of Group tax position, calculations and filings Desired Skills and Experience: Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Prior media experience is a bonus Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills are required Excellent inter-personal and communication skills Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlines Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
