We are now looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join the team, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. This role can be based from our Taunton or Ford sites. The Role: As our Finance Business Partner, you will provide strong financial business partnering to senior management to ensure that the relevant business area plans, and results are met and or exceeded and complies with the relevant and statutory requirements for financial reporting. You'll ensure sound financial evaluation of project work, acquisitions or any capital expenditure; monitoring the performance of the business function against plans, ensuring targets and return on investment are in line with Expectations. As a senior member of the functional business area, you will provide high levels of business insight and partnering the relevant Senior Management team in a trusted advisor role, challenging existing ways of working to help identify new ways that support the ambition of the business. Additionally, the Finance Business Partner will lead, motivate, manage and develop the Financial Administrators in line with the Company's strategic aims, values and behaviours Our ideal Finance Business Partner: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent Experience of building effective working relationships with other financial professionals and with non-finance managers Good knowledge of management accounting and business analysis Thorough knowledge of excel and business reporting systems A real team player with the ability to influence and motivate others IT literate, integrated accounting.
