Excellent opportunity for a Director of International Payments to work for this market leading Global organisation. The role: This is a senior leadership role, with responsibility for the performance, strategy, and alignment of revenue operations in the company. The role will assume responsibility for overseeing global payment operations, fraud and risk prevention and detection as well as credit collections. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the revenue assurance strategy and architecting and integrating the revenue systems. In addition, it covers adapting/designing and launching revenue programs which aim at maximising the customer experience and ease of purchase whilst minimising fraud and ensuring adherence to current and changing legal requirements. You will also take responsibility for implementing global payments strategies on a global basis. The ideal candidate: Previous experience of leading a payment processing team / function for an International organisation Direct operational experience gained in processing credit cards, DD's, SEPA, DDI's, chargebacks and bank transfers Previous experience gained as a "Payments Specialist" within a Financial Services or International FMCG organisation Strong payments / credit card processing experience - someone who understands chargebacks and knows how to get the best from card processors Experience of implementing global payments strategies on a global basis Proven leadership and presentation skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels Degree or MBA preferable European languages an advantage
