Role Summary: The Business Analyst will report to the Head of Operations for Equiniti Riskfactor, supporting external customer projects. Core Duties/

Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for a broad range of activities that will include: Producing functional specification documents relating to the development of new functionality and enhancements to existing functionality. Gathering requirements directly from customers for additional functionality and documenting requirements for development. Provide receivable finance knowledge and expertise in support of specific development activities as required i.e. Riskfactor roadmap. Engaging with new customers as part of the project team responsible for ensuring that all functionality contracted is delivered and reflects specific requests or customisation. Supporting the Business Development team at meetings with prospects and customers to deliver best in class customer experience, through the production of sales material - presentations, proposals in support of customer acquisition. To prepare training materials for customer training. To deliver customer training. Skills, Capabilities and Attributes: The candidate will have a background in receivable (factoring, invoice finance and ABL) financing and will be able to demonstrate experience in operational and risk based roles. Ideally, they will have completed the ABFA certificate / diploma course. Ideally, they will have experience of change management involving the use of technology to deliver improved efficiency and operational enhancements. The individual will be a self-starter and have strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver to defined timelines. Overseas travel will be involved as a regular aspect of meeting customer expectations.
