SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a bright and driven accounts assistant to join our client based just off junction 26 of the M1 on a full time 6 month contract. Ideally the candidate will have at least 2 years experience within a finance department. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, hands on and can work effectively within a small team. Key Duties: -Purchase & Sales ledger management -Credit control -Monthly reports -Bank reconciliations -Sales reporting using salesforce -Assisting with month end accounts -Undertaking weekly payment runs -VAT & EC sales reports -Completion of ad hoc tasks & reports as required by the finance team -Proactive system improvement Skills and Experience: -Accountancy qualification desirable but not essential however work experience in a financial environment or an accounting/business degree is essential. -Ability to prioritise workloads and produce reports to strict deadlines. -Comprehensive Microsoft excel skills. -Ability to communicate and work effectively within a small team. -Conscientious and high attention to detail. -Ambition to develop and grow within the business.
