Finance Business Partner sought by high growth business in the aviation industry. Based near Heathrow this will be a 6 month FTC with opportunity to go permanent paying up to £55k. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high growth international business that has undergone large cash injections and recently signed new contracts with major airlines. This Finance Business Partner role will be based in Hatton Cross and is being recruited as a temp to perm opportunity. Supporting the operation from a finance perspective, you will propagate robust finance principles throughout the business and deliver key insights into and improve business performance and efficiency. You will lead control, forecasting, reporting and analytical activities in respect of the operational environment to improve financial performance. Working as an effective business partner to the Operational Directors. Providing commentary and management information for the month end reporting. Providing regular financial insight to non-finance colleagues. Delivering information for a tight day 3 results deadline. Understanding a broad remit and complex business especially focused on costs i.e. repairs of equipment, maintenance and service of repairs to equipment, leasing equipment and spare parts. Working with manual systems. The Ideal candidate for this position will be: A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Have previous management accounting experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with Key stakeholders. Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Strong excel skills. Background in manufacturing would be advantageous.
