Accounts Manager / Client Manager Cardiff Circa £32,000 - £36,000 (Dependent on Experience) Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are delighted to be working with a leading and highly regarded regional firm of Chartered Accountants who are now looking to recruit an Accounts Manager / Client Manager to join their team in Cardiff. As an Accounts Manager / Client Manager your role will predominantly consist of providing Accounting and Tax compliance services to a varied portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies (both Audit and Audit exempt clients). The workload will involve preparation and review of both statutory and management accounts as well as tax compliance and VAT work. This role offers the incumbent an excellent level of responsibility and autonomy as the successful candidate will work towards having responsibility for their own portfolio of clients as well as being involved in the supervision of junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA Qualified and will have relevant experience of working in practice and strong knowledge of financial reporting standards. Responsibilities:
The role will predominantly involve preparing statutory accounts, management accounts and corporation tax computations and returns You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines and work well within a team.
