Responsibilities:
Working closely with the team to provide tax advice to HNWI's in relation to their personal tax affairs, regularly dealing with complex international wealth structures including trusts and companies; Providing tax advice to Fund Managers on fund structuring and other tax matters; Acting as the main contact for your client portfolio - building trusted client relationships and taking responsibility for quality, delivery and all aspects of client service; Working with offshore and nearshore teams to plan and deliver the entire tax compliance and reporting process; Building an understanding of clients' tax data and technologies, and gaining experience of the firm's tax wider advisory services, to identify and help deliver improvements to clients' tax compliance and reporting processes, technologies and governance; Using your client knowledge to provide tax advisory solutions - taking a leading role in delivering advisory projects or managing input from specialist teams as required; and Coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team, playing a hands-on role in their development. You will be a CA/CTA/ATT qualified (or nearly-qualified) Tax Adviser or Accountant with a good understanding of relevant tax legislation. Experience of Partnership tax would be highly advantageous.
