IKB International PLC is a consultancy company based in Central London W2. IKB is offering the opportunity for a candidate to join an active team of skilled professionals as the AR Manager who will oversee the entire Accounts Receivable function. This is a full time, permanent position based at our corporate Head Office in central London. Role: You will undertake quality and proactive financial duties supporting at Senior Management levels. You will manage time to maximise productivity and effectiveness, whilst enabling Directors to focus on key priorities. You will have relevant experience within a similar role and will enjoy working in a fast-paced and delivery focused environment.

Responsibilities:
Checking payments received Reconciling customer accounts against payments received Issuing credit notes for deposits held against productions and arranging payments back to accounts Managing the deposits schedule and reconciliations Raising necessary legal invoices for outstanding payments Producing report for income cash flow - updated daily Month and annual end reporting Reconciliation of nominal accounts on a weekly & monthly basis Applicants: Minimum of 2 years AR experience Self-motivated and confident individual who can communicate at all levels QBE or PQ (ACCA, CIMA) Excellent grasp of written English and Arabic language Friendly and polite phone manner Track record of working in a pressurised environment with minimum supervision required Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across the all levels of the business Initiative, flexibility, a willingness to learn and a strong, progressive attitude Excellent attention to detail Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Selection Process: You will join a friendly team.
