Consumer Additions are currently working with a global FMCG business who are looking for an Analyst to join their excellent team based in West London. The role is suited to a candidate who is looking to devlop their career within a successful finance team in which they can learn and progress.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of month-end results, ensuring Indirects reported are complete and accurate, including variance analysis to explain differences vs forecast and highlight resulting implications Providing information, insight and challenge to cost centre owners to assist them to manage their costs vs targets Owner of the Intercompany process providing support to local MU's Lead in the budgeting and reporting of the US HO entity Support the Finance Manager to Partner Senior Management and budget holders to provide support, cost control Owner of the Financial model for reporting of actuals (ACCESS) Prepare any BS reconciliations for WC forecasts Make improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes Deal with significant volume of ad-hoc queries from stakeholders, often at short notice, and often requiring analysis of historic data Provide information and explanations to support other finance activities In conjunction with the Controller drive ZBB mindset and tools to deliver Indirects strategy Drive continued improvement, standardisation and automation of reporting & processes across the European entities Ensure SOX compliance on all key processes Requirements: Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA Experience in a Cost Control environment Excel proficiency Ability to present/explain financial data to non-financial individuals SAP knowledge Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop and nurture relationships Experience in processing journals for accruals, prepayments and reclasses Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage own workload and work at speed and under pressure Process driven, with excellent planning and organisational skills
