Description
As an Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and processing purchase orders, payments and expenditures
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Conducting reconciliations of all bank accounts and monthly credit card statements
- Conducting balance sheet reconciliations to ensure their accuracy, including accruals and prepayments
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Ideally be studying for a recognised accounting qualification
- Have knowledge of Xero and other systems
- Have excellent excel skills
- Have superior attention to detail
