Risk and Compliance Senior

A major international media company with its EMEA headquarters in central London is looking for an experienced Risk and Compliance professional to join their finance team. You'll be a dedicated expert in risk and compliance systems and tools, providing support to units across the EMEA region, and assisting regional management in ad hoc activities in relation to SOX compliance, self-certification and audit coordination. You'll be involved in the end-to-end process, performing site visits to assess the level of compliance and identify gaps, t inking strategically about the business, reviewing operational processes and procedures, and suggesting improvements. There will be regular short trips to European destinations (typically 2-4 days).

The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of SOX, risk and compliance expertise gained within a multinational company; media experience would be advantageous. ACA / ACCA / MIRM qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. Please note that unfortunately risk experience from a financial services environment is not suitable for this role.
