I am looking to speak with a CIMA/ACCA part qualified Finance Manager or Management Accountants with experience managing staff and supporting the end to end accountancy function for a fantastic progressive role within an international retail business based in Connah's Quay.

Description

The key responsibilities of the part qualified Finance Manager include:

• Supportive management of 3 members of finance staff
• Analysis of market trends in relation to financial information
• Monitoring stock movements within the business, both nationally and internationally
• Communicating financial information to key stake holders and non-financial parties
• Taking ownership of month end reporting procedures within the stock and margin team
• Analysing financial data from multiple business sources
• Management accounts
• Driving efficiency's and reporting initiatives
• Adhoc duties as required by the Financial Controller

Profile

The successful Finance Manager will have:

• Experience managing people within an accountancy parameter
• Highly driven by business successful
• Willingness to learn and develop in relation to stock and product movement
• Actively studying CIMA/ACCA
• Retail and experience of stock movement highly beneficial
• Very open in their approach to work - happy to roll their sleeves up
