New job opportunity working for a high end property business based in Central London, Salary circa £30 - 35k

Your new company
A growing new business which has seen rapid development over the last few years, the company create villages which has the sole responsibility of enhancing the well-being of each resident. The company are currently working with a high-profile investor who is aiming to increase the number of villages to 50 in the next 10 years.

Your new role
A dynamic role which will allow you to get involved with the following duties:

• Developing Financial Models to Assist with Land Appraisal
• Providing Financial Advice and Support to the Development Team
• Development and Running Investment Analyst for Business Plan Models for Investors
• Development of Analyst for Key Decision Makers

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have at least 1-2 years experience in an analytically driven role, ideally working within the Real Estate business. You will need to have a 2.1 degree and advanced Excel skills. You will need to have experience with data analysis.
