Interim Accountant / Finance Business Partner

Interim Accountant for Global Business based near Wigan paying up to £250 per day


Your new company
You will be joining an International PLC who are well established in their market, driven by a well established leader with over 100 years of expertise. This accountant position is based at the organisations Europe and Middle East head office based just off the M6 north of Wigan, and will be due to start as soon as possible so you must have a short notice period or immediately available.

Your new role
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for management reporting and FP&A activities to drive the business in their commercial decision making. Key focus areas will include value added management reporting and commercial analysis, month end and quarter end reporting including revenue/cost of sales and variance analysis to budget and forecast. You will also play a key part in the year end process, pulling information from SAP for all the auditors in the European countries.

What you'll need to succeed
A qualified accountant, experience with SAP would be extremely advantageous, and you must be competent on excel ideally with some financial modelling.
