Financial Controller (Energy)

Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, the role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a function within a truly high growth business with exciting prospects to diversify their business model and further List in the US.

Duties

• To take full ownership of of Financial Control and SEC reporting across the global group
• Weekly and monthly KPI forecasting
• Provide accurate and timely monthly consolidated monthly management accounts
• Controlling all statutory tax calculations
• Managing the production of statutory accounts in accordance with US GAAP
• Quarterly SEC returns, 10-K and 10-Q reports

Their will also be considerable exposure to the commercial development of this business form a listing and financing perspective.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a background of dealing with US Listed businesses and SEC reporting. This exposure could come from a corporate reporting role or from a client base in a big firm.
