Group Financial Controller (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Ambitious organisation seek to recruit a technically astute finance leader on a 12 month FTC

Your new company
An ambitious organisation with a strong customer focus seek to appoint a technically astute qualified accountant to lead their group reporting requirements.

Your new role
You will be accountable for the production of the monthly management and statutory reports in line with internal and external legislation across a complex group structure with multiple entities. You will act as the local subject matter expert with regards to any new changes to financial legislation in order to imbed best practice across the group. You will present at key meeting (ie audit and risk), conduct consolidated cash flow / forecasting whilst supporting a range of projects across the wider group.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills (statutory, regulatory reporting in line with IFRS etc..) from a complex business with multiple entities. You will appreciate the need to work to high levels of attention to detail in line with tight deadlines.
