Compliance Advisory Manager - Birmingham City Centre - up to £62,000

This Compliance Advisory Manager role is with a well known and growing Retail Bank based in Birmingham city centre.

Your new role
You will play a critical role in ensuring the Bank continues to operate in compliance with FCA and PRA regulations. This will include identifying and reviewing key regulatory changes which will impact the bank, preparing impact assessments, acting as a business partner for assigned areas of the bank to provide them with relevant guidance, developing new compliance policies & procedures, and overseeing the resolution of any regulatory incidents.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong compliance experience, preferably from a Retail Bank. Candidates currently in a compliance monitoring role will be considered if they have strong advisory experience.

What you'll get in return
£50,000-£62,000 (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus + benefits
