Job Details
- To provide compliance guidance to the Head of Grant Compliance, CFO, the Executive Team and the wider management team in the delivery of the Grant Agreement obligations.
- Manage the compliance reporting on all aspects of the grant agreement, with any anomalies being flagged to the Head of Grant Compliance

Description
- Supporting the Head of Grant Compliance to manages the key interfaces between the business and key clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Building and establishing a strong collaborative working relationship with key clients and shareholders ensuring these are deemed a trusted partner.
- Manage the compliance reporting on all aspects of the grant agreement, with any anomalies being flagged to the Head of Grant Compliance
- To advise the CFO and the wider Executive Team on grant compliance decisions and potential risks, which may affect the business.
- To provide compliance guidance to the Head of Grant Compliance, CFO, the Executive Team and the wider management team in the delivery of the Grant Agreement obligations.
- To manage and be accountable for staff development and training of any direct reports.
Profile
- Demonstrable track record in similar roles within a similar business environment.
- Demonstrate ability to create, manage and execute detailed business plans
- Commercially minded, strategic thinking individual with strong people management and leadership skills.
- Highly confident, with excellent ability to influence others.
