Management Accounting Manager based Birmingham City Centre

Your new company
We are currently looking for a Management Accounting Manager to join a large corporate organisation based in Birmingham City Centre. The organisation are very well established and this is a key leadership role as they move through significant change and transformation.

Your new role
In this role you will lead a team of management accountants (5-7) in all reporting and period end activity for a large division whilst maintaining ongoing engagement with business partners and operational managers. You will take full ownership of the balance sheet including all balance sheet reconciliations and you will also be involved in annual budgets and forecasting.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience of leading a management accounting function across a large and complex organisation. You will also have strong leadership and management experience and the desire to strive for continuous improvement.
