Interim Accountant Job Job based in Welshpool

Your new company
I am working with a family owned SME business who have a temporary vacancy within their finance department. The business have been trading for c.50 years and have an established multi-site customer base. This vacancy has been created due to some changes within the finance department and is due to start later in September subject to candidate availability.

Your new role
Reporting to the board of directors you will manage a small team and be responsible for monthly management accounts, board reports, company cashflow and rolling budget/forecast. You will also work with operational team providing key business information on performance back to the business and should be comfortable both working with Sage Line 50 Accounts system as well as good MS Excel skills.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant or applicants part-qualified/qualified by experience. You will be available to start work at short-notice and be interested in a short-term temporary contract, paid on a weekly timesheet basis managed by Hays.
