Financial Operations Manager job based in Surrey paying up to £50k
Your new company
You will be working for an expanding not for profit organisation based in vibrant, modern offices in Surrey, reporting to a charismatic Finance Director.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing all financial accounting functions, ensuring that all financial data held in the accounting system is accurate and up-to-date, managing the sales and purchase ledger functions, managing cashflow and the payroll function, ensuring all control accounts are reconciled each month, and producing draft statutory accounts working closely with external auditors. You will also be active in developing and improving systems and processes, and supporting and developing a small team of finance staff.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with relevant financial accounting and staff management experience. You will have a proven track record of improving processes and driving change, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
