Part-time Accounts Assistant (20 hours)

An asset management company are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator, on a part- time basis. Offering a great package, this company is a highly sought after employer, based in Norwich city centre.
Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the office and ensure that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Invoice Processing
- Payment Processing & Reporting
- Service Charge Reconciliation
- General Filing
- Office Utilities Stock Control
- Liaising with Clients and Establish Strong Working Relationships
- Other Ad-Hoc Administrative Duties As Required By Your Manager
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience of working in a similar role, including a working knowledge of invoice processing.
You must have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a variety of clients and colleagues at different levels.
You must have strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
You must have high levels of organisation.
