Purchase Ledger Supervisor | Central London | PR Agency Harmonic are proud to be working with one of the UK's leading independent PR agencies. They are looking for a hardworking and driven Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join the team, to support the Finance function during this period of growth. Over the course of the first 12 months, you will gain exposure to month end, intercompany reconciliations and credit control. The Role As the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller who will be able to support you in your professional development. Your main responsibility will be to provide support daily across all aspects of finance. Your main duties will include: Monitoring the debtor's ledger, chasing overdue payments Processing purchase ledger and ensure overdue payments are chased up Supporting with any ad-hoc tasks the Finance team need support with Responsibility for reporting sales invoices. What we need to see (essential): 2 years relevant experience Strong experience in Excel Excellent communication skills Experience in Creative environments What we'd like to see (bonus): Experience using Paprika/Sage/Xero Studying Qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/AAT)
