Collections Analyst

Permanent Collections Analyst, 35 hours per week, Outskirts of Glasgow City Centre

Your new company
Based in Glasgow, our client is recruiting for a Collections Analyst, to join their finance team on a permanent basis. The role is 35 hours per week across Monday - Friday. The opening hours of the organisation are between 8am and 8pm, therefore an example of a shift may be 8am - 4pm/9am- 5pm/10am - 6pm etc. You may be required to work one in four Saturdays or Sundays but your hours will not exceed 35 hours per week. The organisation is easily accessible by public transport and there is also parking nearby.

Your new role
Working as part of a Finance team, you will take ownership of all Credit Control and Collections duties. Your responsibilities will include; credit control via telephone and email, negotiation of payment plans, adhering to compliance, reporting on trends and general associated administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have proven, successful credit and collections experience. You will deal with a range of clients and therefore you should have a personable and adaptable communication style. Working as part of a busy and successful team, you should be a team player who can work to their own initiative.
