smartpro are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant working on a one year fixed term contract for our client based in Cardiff. You will supervise, facilitate and record the day to day financial transactions of the company Duties and
Responsibilities:
Specific To maintain the purchase ledger ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available at all times. Supervision of supplier payments Breakdown and reconciliation of weekly trainee payments for Sage Monthly bank reconciliation (Current; Interest and Petty Cash) To support the finance team with staff mileage and expenses claims Reconciliation of company bank accounts To support the finance team with carrying out regular departmental audits To support the finance team with the day to day accounting functions Experience & Qualifications Essential Previous administrative experience Previous experience in a financial role GCSE mathematics Full driving license Sage Line 50 IT Literate - Microsoft excel Desirable AAT part of full qualified An up to date CV is essential for this role.
