If so then this could be just the role for you My client is a successful and well run accountancy firm, offering a variety of services to include bureau payroll. Due to the retirement of the current Payroll Officer, they are now looking to recruit an experienced member of staff to manage payroll for 60-70 clients. Duties in this role will include: End to end payroll management for a varied portfolio of clients Month end and year end duties Auto enrolment Statutory payments Liaising with HMRC Dealing with client payroll queries It is anticipated that this role would take 2 full days, however if the successful candidate also had an aptitude for accounting, then they could increase these hours by taking on more of a mixed payroll and bookkeeping role.
