This is a newly created role due to a restructure, working closely with the Finance Director and Management Accountant, providing timely and accurate monthly management accounts for the board. operating in a highly visible, high profile role. Analysis of all Balance Sheet Accounts Maintain Fixed Asset Register Assisting with Budgeting, Forecasting and Cashflow Preparation of reports and explanation of variances to Budget/Forecasts Assisting with month end financial information and analysis VAT Returns Bank Reconciliation Provide cover for Payroll and Payroll Analysis National Statistic Returns Assist with Audit Preparation Implementing improvement to financial procedures and controls Applicants will be minimum AAT Qualified or actively studying ACCA/ACA/CIMA with experience operating in a similar management accountant role. Strong people skills are essential as are broad up to date technical finance sills and a desire to deliver best practice and continuous improvement.
