The Role: The CFO will be the 'driving force' behind the company's financial strategy; generating forecasts and projections. Typical duties: Work with finance team to provide reporting. Interpret financial MI to senior management, recommending actions. Support stakeholders with financial forecasts and projections across company. Prepare budgets. Analyse business performance compared to forecasts. Carry risk assessments on financial health of business. Review, develop and maintain internal control processes, oversee tax and banking due diligence. Drive future mergers and acquisition where applicable. Key stakeholder in future funding or private equity negotiations and any future floatation plans. About You: I'm looking for a highly analytical credible CFO who has experience moving a company to a KPI and data driven approach in financial management, planning and reporting. You must have been a CFO or otherwise held a senior financial position within an international gaming company and understand online Igaming. You'll be up to date with accounting principles and legislations (IAS, IFRS, VAT, international Vat and tax laws). On the softer side you'll be able to take control, lead a team, resolve complicated issues smoothly and motivated to take this business forward.
