Run daily banking reports and emailing to CEO, Chairman, relevant Directors and FC. Reconciliation of monthly credit card statement and prepare for posting onto the ledger. Collection, recording and posting of Engineer's timesheets. Intercompany recharges, calculation and posting. Completion of rebate claims in line with manufacturers agreements on a monthly basis. Assisting with the management accounts process on a monthly basis. General filing and archiving. Any ad hoc duties as specified by the Group Accountant.
