Adecco is delighted to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger on a temporary basis, this will be for a great company based in Central Bristol. The sole responsibility of this role is to process invoices received and apply them to the right projects, departments, and people. This is a great opportunity based in the Centre of Bristol. This will be the hours as follows: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Pay rate to be £10 per hour. Main duties will include: Receive and record invoices from suppliers Obtain receipts or other verification when accounts are paid Match and file invoices with their matching receipts Make sure invoices are approved in time to meet deadlines Record and compare invoices The ideal candidate: Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Keen eye for detail and high accuracy Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Previous knowledge of Accounts Payable would be advantageous If this is an opportunity you would like to apply for, apply now Adecco is an equal opportunities employer and act as a recruitment agency.
