We are looking for Pensions Team Leader to join an established, independent professional firm providing innovative and flexible wealth management solutions. They provide ISAs, QNUPS, AROPS, SIPPS, SSAS and Life Assurance and are also third-party pension administrators for one of the UK's leading investment and trading platforms. You will be a Pensions Team Leader in a client-oriented role, and also part of the Group Leadership team. It's a professional, friendly environment, and you will be provided with full support and encouragement to achieve your career goals. You will have at least 2 years pensions experience and 6 months SSAS and management or team lead experience. You'll be responsible initially for managing 3 admins (rising to 6) and 2 seniors, processing all aspects of the pension and dealing directly with clients and advisers. Working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, you will in return receive a competitive salary circa £27,000 - £33,000pa. (Neg DoE), and an excellent benefits package. Pensions Team Leader responsibilities Receiving instructions and ensuring that all tasks are accurately completed Liaising with pension scheme members, advisers and accountants Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and advisers Arranging pension transfers Dealing with administrative aspects of property purchases/sales Identifying risk and informing clients & financial intermediaries of matters affecting their schemes Ensuring that client deadlines, key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met Planning resources and managing timescales for ad hoc projects including the day to day running of the New Business Team Motivate the team, create enthusiasm, be positive and approachable to all levels of staff Identify improvements to internal processes/procedures and implement changes Pensions Team Leader Skills and experience At least 2 years of pensions experience At least 6 months management or team lead experience Strong Administrative skills Ability to identify and process data Customer focused Have a positive can-do attitude The firm offers a salary circa £27,000 - £33,000 (negotiable depending on experience) plus yearly salary review, pension, health insurance, life assurance (6 times salary), cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, and 21 days holiday bank holidays.
