Person Specification Knowledge Understanding of Financial Services, ideally with a good understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle Good knowledge of Commodities (EU/UK power and Gas, Oil, coal, precious metals and Freight) and Commodity derivatives (Options and Futures) Would be advantageous to have in-depth knowledge of Front Office Process (broking methods voice and electronic, trade and order capture) Experience Proven experience within an Agile development environment Conduct Business Analysis on Technology projects within the commodities and energy product areas.
