A part time (20 - 30 hours per week) Payroll Analyst opportunity has arisen to support in delivering audit and compliance, which involves liaising with key stakeholders and line managers to ensure we pay our colleagues correctly. You will be required to analyse complex payroll queries, identify anomalies and support our line managers. There are numerous multi skilling opportunities within the team - you will be proactive and expected to multi skill across the different areas of the team. Key Responsibilities... Investigate escalated payroll issues to resolution with the business and 3rd party payroll provider. Develop effective relationships, communicating with third party service providers and key business stakeholders whilst managing queries and managing key audit checks Responsible for maintaining and managing the team inboxes Actively contribute to the small to medium scale business projects, providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME), guidance and design input Be willing and able to cross skill other areas of the payroll service team A bit about you... Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills Excellent customer care focus Previous exposure to payroll activities would be preferable but not essential Focus on continuous improvement A bit about us...
